Amarried couple is driving along a highway doing a steady 60 miles per hour. The wife is behind the wheel. Her husband suddenly looks across at her and speaks ina clear voice. 'I know we've been married for twenty years, but I want adivorce .'



رجل وزوجته يقودان على الطريق السريع بسرعة 60ميل في الساعة، كانت الزوجة هي التي تقود السيارة. فجأة نظر إليها الزوج مباشرة وقال بصوت واضح: ' ادري أننا كنا متزوجين لعشرين سنة ولكني أريد الطلاق .'

Thewife says nothing, Keeps looking at the road ahead but slowly increases her speed to 65 mph .
لم تنطق الزوجة بكلمة واستمرت بالنظر في الطريق ولكنها أخذت بزيادة السرعة ببطء إلى 65 م\س

Thehusband speaks again. 'I don't want you to try and talk me out of it,' he says , ' because I've beenhaving an affair with your best friend, And she's a far betterlover than you are .'


تحدث الزوج مجددا: 'لا تحاولي مناقشتي أو إثنائي عن هذا الأمر، لأنني على علاقة غرامية بصديقتك المقربة ووجدتها أفضل منك بكثير في الحب .'


Again the wife stays quiet, But grips the steering wheel more tightly and slowly increases the speed to 75 He pushes his luck. 'I want the house,' he says insistently .


التزمت الزوجة الصمت ثانية ولكنها ضغطت عجلة القيادة بقوة وزادت السرعة ببطء إلى 75م\س. اخذ الرجل في التحدث وقال بإصرار:' أريد المنزل .'
Up to 80 .. ' I want the car, too,' he continues .


زادت السرعة إلى 80 . 'أريد السيارة أيضا' ،مستمرا في الحديث

mph85. 'And,' he says, 'I'll have the bankaccounts, all the credit cards and the boat !'


السرعة85م\س، وأضاف :' و..سآخذ حسابات البنك وجميع بطاقات الائتمان و القارب .'


The car slowly starts veeringtowards a massive concrete bridge. This makes him nervous, so he asks her , ' Isn't there anything youwant ?'


انحرفت السيارة ببطء نحو جسر إسمنتي ضخم. شعر الزوج بالقلق فسألها:' ألا يوجد هناك أي شئ تريدينه؟ '



The wife at last replies in aquiet and controlled voice.

أجابت الزوجة أخيرا بصوت رزين وهادئ

' No, I've goteverything I need,' she says .

'لا، لدي كل ما احتاج '

' Oh, really,' he inquires, 'so what have you got ?

' حقا!' واستفسر'إذاً ما الذي لديك؟'

Justbefore they slam into the wall at 85 mph, The wife turns to him and smiles. 'The airbag .'

وقبل أن يصطدموا بالحائط بسرعة 85م\س بقليل، استدارات الزوجة باتجاهه وابتسمت: ' الوسادة الهوائية.'
