hospital equipped with the best appliances and best medical staffs
in the prison , there is a big hospital working 24 hours , equipped with the best appliances and including consultants and physician and specialists and nurses attracting the foreign by a special committee selected from ministry of interior , and the hospital performs all minor surgical operations , and in big cases the case shall be transferred to the Aseer central hospital .
the prison hospital shall include some of clinics , such as , dentistry , emergency , ENT , and psychological medicine , urinary tract , bones , radiology , physical therapy , internal medicine , in addition to laboratory .
and all medicine shall be provided in the pharmacies o the hospitals ,and if there is any item not available , it shall be provided by purchasing on account of the interior ministry , and the patients shall be transferred to the hospitals by golf cars with the ambulance requirements .

the investigation shall be undertaken by specialists officers in Alshariya sciences and psychology and sociology , through 10 rooms with control cameras , when every investigator and his team finish their investigation , they shall meet in the meeting room and prepare their reports about the results of the investigations in CDs during 24 hours for the majesty of the ministry of interior .

the daily meals shall be prepared in a specialized restaurant in the prison , including different items and buying the local products for supporting the local economy , and prison restaurant shall include a corner for pastry and refrigerators for papers and vegetables , since the vegetables shall be bought daily and a specialized company is in charge of maintenance of the refrigerators , and there are five meals prepared for the patients according to what decided by the physician hereby a medical report referred to the department of housing in prison .

there is a laundry in the prison in which a labors working in for washing the cloths of the guest free weekly .
studying course for the stage of preparatory and secondary and university enrollment .
99 guests of the prison's guest study in the university of Najran according to the cooperation covenant entered into with them on 01/09/1432 in department of Alshariyah and managerial sciences and they take the semester examinations during a committee organized by the university in every semester , also 13 of the guests of the prison study in university of Imam Mohamed bin SaudIslamic university and 5 of the guests study in king Abdul-Aziz university in Jeddah ( they are transported there by private plane for doing the examination in prison of Hayer and Dhahban , in addition to ( 18 ) of the guest in the preparatory and secondary stage , and one guest study in the high institute in Abha .
social guarantee
there is an office associated with branch of the ministry of social affairs ministry in Aseer region ( social guarantee in Abha ) , shall attend in prison on Sunday and Thursday every week , since he shall supervise on distribution of studying and winter bags and other things of the financial aids that issued to the guests' families according to the regulation and systems of social affairs ministry .
ideal wing ( suit )
the prison administration assigned an ideal suit ( wing ) including a group of guest who are good thinking and are acceptable by the society , after passing the examinations and courses and programs of Mohamed bin naïf center for advice and care , and the guests in this suit can develop and operated the suit with some of departments , the first one is a technical department Atelier and manual works , and medial department issuing a monthly magazine and some of outspread and researches in different sciences achieving the national honesty and appear the role of the kingdom in Islam service , also there is a suit for occasions for holding occasions for who have newborns and gallery provided by PlayStation and television and historical board including big television and sunbathing otherwise a masjid for pray and pray of Jumaa and lectures and meetings for studying holy Quran .

every guest shall have a visit and legitimate solitude , since every guest shall have a visit from his family every month , four hours for the group meeting , and three hours for legitimate solitude . in addition to a weekly call for 15 minutes and the work nowadays in progress to become the communication visible .
also the administration of the prison provides directions from the ministry of interior free international travelling tickets for the their family outside the country or the region and it shall bear the cost of tickets and reception andhousing and paying amounts for the families of the guests according to the limited regulations and special cases , also there are galleries for receiving the visitors of the guests including two waiting rooms for men and women .
library and sport gallery
there is in the prison a library including five to six thousand of the electronic book modified by the administration of the prison and using the electronic barcode card with special number for all guests not duplicated . since the library provides 15 books one time inside the room with each guest and number of 45 book kept under the number inside the library for exchanging among them inside the room and each guest shall have the right to discharge the books read by their members and purchasing new books provided by the representatives of the prison from the known libraries inside the region or outside the region and beside the library , there is a sport gallery including Hexagonal Stadiumfor games of football and volley ball and handball and other galleries with sport devices and tennis tables and gallery for body building available for the guests according to a program and daily schedule supervised by athletes from the mission of sport affairs associated to the prison and equipped with the most modern methods and best specifications interesting in health and entertainment sides and athletic league is held during month Ramadan ..
offices of rights and justice authorities
the persons in charge decided that to open offices inside the prison for the branch of human rights and office for representative of court and notary and office for investigation and general prosecution and office for passports , in addition to ( machine of ATM associated to national bank ) , since there is a representative of each authority for presenting its service for the prisoners and their families , and human rights is playing its role as a control and supervising authority for following up the extent of executing of the services and the most ones are the health services and financial program and receiving the complaints and visits of the prisoners and following the results of the integrated reports and assuring the existence of the reason of arresting and following the courts procedures , also each authority shall practice its tasks separately , and all of them shall cooperated in direct supervision on the services and housing presented to guests ( prisoners )
it was mentioned that the prison of the general detectives in Abha city , socially known as ( shear ) prison , was exposed a group of lies and distortion ,that there are more rooms in for punching people and there are rooms underground with tenth of floors underground and there are wild humans for investigation hardly and sharply in addition to the promotion for the lies that the prison is full of thousands of prisoners including men and women and all of those are lies and distortion .
